David teaches ChiRunning clinics and offers personal training in Marin and San Francisco. He's a runner, a surfer and a mountaineer, and is often ready with a good story and a kind ear. David helps you cultivate both inner and outer strength. He makes exercise something to look forward to -- that time to escape your cares and enjoy your body awhile. Along the way, you'll move easier, have more energy, and see less fat and more muscle. Sweet! A Ferris Fitness workout challenges both mind and body, and no two sessions are the same. David mixes weights, yoga, balance exercises and cardio in order to make you strong, balanced, durable and flexible. Outdoor workouts are available for those who like to be outside. You can’t succeed if you don’t have a goal. David works with clients to develop and achieve realistic, challenging goals – doing a personal-best triathlon or jogging your first 10K, exploring a new sport or rediscovering one from long ago, improving your flexibility or losing that ten pounds.
